Joe joined Orchard Lending Solutions, LLC at the company’s opening in early 2007.  In addition to his previous Mortgage Brokerage experience, Joe earned his Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati through his work as a Community Mental Health Therapist. As a result, he is able to expertly guide his clients through the mortgage process and ease their anxiety over making such a large decision.  Orchard Lending Solutions’ numerous lending relationships provide him access to a wide variety of mortgage products and allow him to offer lending solutions for every mortgage financing situation.

Joe enjoys a balance of work and play; he spends time fishing, watching and playing all different types of sports with his children, and traveling with his family.
