Jay Reynolds hails originally from Newport Beach, California. A life long musician, he took up the piano at age 7, but switched in the 8^th grade to the saxophone. After two years at Interlochen Arts academy as a double major in Jazz and Creative Writing, he graduated to the University of Cincinnati’s College/Conservatory of Music. Then, after spending a few years on the road touring, Jay opted for a change of pace. After accepting an associate position at Sam Ash music, his sales acumen and audio engineering chops found him promoted to Recording Department Manager. In charge of his own staff and $1 million dollars a year in sales, Jay turned the underperforming department into a profitable venture by consistently meeting and surpassing monthly sales goals.

Now, as a member of Orchard Lending Solutions’ team of Loan Advisors, Jay brings the same vision and drive to Mortgage Planning. Even with $2 million in loans coming across his desk every month, he still finds time to give each of his clients the individual attention that is the hallmark of Orchard Lending Solutions. The creativity and intuition that served him during his years as a touring musician now help him find the best loan for each of his borrower’s different situations.
