Orchard Lending Solutions, LLC is designed to be a departure from the typical mortgage company, providing additional value and guidance to its clients and providing an environment in which employees can thrive.

The business model of Orchard Lending Solutions, LLC has been built from the identification and correction of errors common in the small mortgage company, as well as a vision that a mortgage company could be something more.  Its owner, Michael Buescher, has 7 years experience within the mortgage industry, 3 of those years in management and 2 ½ owning and running another successful mortgage company.  This company was sold as a result of a difference in vision between Mike and his partner regarding the direction the company should take in the future, and Orchard Lending Solutions was born.

The six core values upon which Orchard Lending Solutions is built provided the framework for the way we do business, how we treat our clients, employees and associates, and serves as a guiding force as the company evolves in the future.
